The Volunteer State, whose motto is agriculture and commerce, has as its capital Nashville, though its largest city is Memphis. Major outputs for Tennessee include textiles, electric power and cattle, as the southern state has over 82,000 farms. Other industries are important as well: automotive, with AutoZone Incorporated, delivery services, with FedEx Corporation, and paper products, with International Paper. All three of these giants reside in Memphis.
