    Talent & Marketing Intern

    We are looking for a few interns to work in turn for college credit and/or hands on experience in either the entertainment and/or marketing business. You will learn all aspects of the agency business, including packaging submissions, phones, scheduling and practically working with the every division of the company on any given day (depending on which agent is in need of the most assistance). We have flexible hours between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. You may wish to work, depending upon your needs, a number of hours a day or full days during the week. DUTIES: Assisting the agents in all aspects of office administration, including packaging submissions, filing, tracking inventory, working with client lists and files, scheduling, organizing, and preparing audition packages for the clients, etc. You will be given specific tasks and projects depending on your ability and the time you can donate. We would like to find capable and ambitious people who are interested in learning about the business and growing with us. Whether you’re with us for the long or short term, we ask for at least a three month commitment. At the end of your internship, we will consider you for available paid staff positions or help you locate a job in the industry. The goal is to learn while getting things done. The dress code is relaxed, as is the atmosphere, although we’re busy and expanding by leaps and bounds. REQUIRED SKILLS: Good phone etiquette with professionally & accurately directing a high-volume of phone calls; Word; technically inclined/at ease with computers; organized; detail-oriented. Is able to easily & effectively communicate with both our clients and partners.
