Duties will include supporting the office staff with heavy phones, data entry, compilation of submissions, coordinating talent appointments and scheduling. Professional communication with managers, casting offices, vendors and clients. Ideal transition into our agent trainee program. Qualified candidates possess a desire to learn and excel in the entertainment industry. Skills needed: Computer savvy, familiarity with MS Office applications, excellent written/oral communication skills and the desire to succeed in a faced paced evolving work environment. College credit preferred. We will also provide a letter of recommendation and job placement assistance. Flexible schedule. 2-4 days per week with a minimum of 12 hours weekly.
