The Criteria we are looking for is: You need 200 friends on Myspace or Facebook (please provide links) You need to be able to demonstrate you have drive and ambition You need to be able demonstrate you have leadership qualities. What would be good but not necessary if you have either built something or you are an opinion leader amongst your friends. The responsibilities required of you are the following; Build and connect people to the FSC Attend monthly board meetings to brainstorm the product and the marketing directing of the company moving forward To give feedback on what users are saying and doing in the product To build sub committees in other national cities and global regions Provide ideas and suggestions on business growth and strategy Commit to 10 hours a month to FSC including attending 1 face to face board meeting The opportunity The right to stock in one of the fastest growing mobile social networking sites, FunkySexyCool. We will convert your stock options into stock after 12 months, but you must be committed and bring value for the entire 12 month period. We value your time at a total of $6000 for a year. The $6000 equates to $50 an hour for your time invested.
