The in line costume jewellery store is our future. ============================ we seek students who want commercial , real worldwide exposure to business and leaning about teh day to day REAL functioning of a commercial organisation. We also see students dynamic and possibly studying web marketing and design, to get real experience. We do not pay salary as a norm, students usually come with a scholarship award or bursary, which allows them to go abroad and get experience. It’s a two way process: we benefit as a small company financially not paying salary and in certain circumstances we wil help with accommodation cost. Students benefit form a REAL commercial exposure practising skills they are studying or in a subject they hoping to be part of in future. We have been running the programme for fast 5 years and usually from students in Europe. We want to extend this to USA and Canada also now. There are several bursary programs offered by universities and governments to encourage students to travel outside their own country.
