    SoCal PAL, Inc

    SoCal PAL is a nonprofit organization dedicated to identifying children and adolescents with self-defeating behaviors, intervening by providing individualized coaching, and aiding in integrating learned behaviors into successful lives. This program was developed to fill an existing gap in mental health care. SoCal PAL provides trained behavior interventionists who act as behavioral coaches, working 1:1 with the child or adolescent in the home and/or community. They assist the client in decision-making, develop and implement behavior modification programs, and re-train the client to demonstrate more successful behavior. Parents are guided, step-by-step, and learn by example, how to interact with their child in a way that is both productive and satisfying.
