    Goldcrest Post Production

    Goldcrest Post Productions Ltd Production Intern description Production interns assist in the production office of Goldcrest Post in the following ways: Client Services, assisting the Facilities Manager, assist with marketing projects, packaging and shipping, pick ups and deliveries to labs, covering the reception desk and assisting with quality control. The tasks give interns hands on experience in the day to day operations of a small post production facility. We provide both sound and picture post production services to feature films, television, music video and commercial clients. In addition we offer office and editing space to both short and long term clients. While this is not a technical internship, students will have an opportunity to get an overview of the post production process and work with people in all departments. Audio Intern description In addition to the general Production Intern duties, Audio Interns will need to understand and support signal flow, work in the patch bays, know how to open an OMF, maintain and setup audio theaters. Video Intern description Video Interns need a familiarity with the Final Cut Pro Suite of applications, Avid, Mac OSX, some knowledge of XpressPro, broadcast quality duplication, Film processes and developing, create QuickTime movies and DVD authoring.
